CNAME record didn't update when ping the record

Kindly need help. I have set the CNAME record in server for my customer domain. When I ping the CNAME in server, it's updated but when I ping the CNAME at my PC, it didn't update and at mxtoolbox.com also didn't update the CNAME. May I know what cause the issue?

Sounds like DNS caching.
You can clear the local Windows DNS cache typing "ipconfig /flushdns" at a command prompt.
If you have multiple DNS servers for the domain, make sure they are all updated.
