Reverse PTR record, what am I doing wrong
Question asked by Eric Hill - November 28, 2016 at 1:13 PM

IP range is:  65.246.19.128 with first usable of 130, subnet of 224

In the setup showed the correct ip numbers assigned.

When a query comes in for a ptr record it is showing the ip as:  132.128.19.246.65 -- appears to be appending the 128 to all ptr records.  That does not look right, and is appears that all of the ptr records are not resolving correctly.

This is probably because your ISP has sub-delegated the reverse zone using a "class-less delegation" scheme.
See http://support.simpledns.com/kb/a146 - under "Sub-delegate less than a class C (< 256 IP addresses) from a class C or larger (256+ IP addresses)".

You need to setup your reverse zone accordingly. The "New zone" wizard has a function to look up the correct reverse zone name for your IP range.
