Simple DNS installation won`t start

Not A Problem
I installed the Version 5.2 of the Simple DNS plus for a trial but after a successful installation the service didn`t start. I have done the post installation configuration for the system it was installed. The system is running Win server 2008 R2.
The error message: Failed to start DNS service on <<IP of the Server>> port 53 UDP (Socket error 10049 The requested address

Did you copy the configuration file from another computer?
If so, make sure that the correct IP address is select in the Options dialog / DNS / Inbound requests section.
Otherwise, it could be that some other program is blocking the port (UDP port 53).
Make sure that you don't have Microsoft's DNS server service running - this would use the same port by default.

The installation is a new installation the system.
Microsoft`s DNS server service is not running and DNS client is also not running on the system. I also should let you know that the platform is MS server 2008 R2.
